Jyoti Structures Limited has secured a new international project order worth approximately ₹67.96 crore for the execution of a key power transmission infrastructure project in Sri Lanka. The company informed stock exchanges through a regulatory filing dated May 13, 2026.
The project has been awarded by National Transmission Network Service Provider (Private) Limited in joint venture with Fentons. The contract pertains to the execution of the Mullikulam Wind Power Transmission Project (MWPTP) in Sri Lanka.
Under the scope of the contract, the joint venture comprising Jyoti Structures Limited India and Fentons will undertake the construction of a 28-kilometre-long 220 kV double-circuit transmission line connecting the Mannar Grid Substation to the Mullikulam Collector Grid Substation. The contract falls under Lot B of the project and carries reference number CEB/AGM/PR/2025/OCB MWPTP-B.
The company stated that the total contract value stands at ₹67.96 crore, calculated based on an exchange rate of 1 USD = ₹95.14 and 1 Sri Lankan Rupee = ₹0.29. The project is scheduled to be completed within 18 months.
In its disclosure, the company also clarified that none of its promoters, promoter group entities, or group companies have any interest in the awarding entity. Further, the order does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
