Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited, has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Aurionpro Solutions Limited for the supply of HT and LT electrical cables to a hyperscale data centre campus at Hyderabad.
The LOI, valued at approximately ₹52.86 crore (Including GST), covers the HYD-20 package of the campus, for which Aurionpro is the appointed EPC contractor. Supplies commence immediately and are scheduled on a staggered basis in line with the site’s construction programme, delivered DAP Hyderabad. The contract is on a price-variation basis under the IEEMA formula with April 2026 base indices
A copper-led order The package is overwhelmingly copper-intensive. It comprises approximately 130 kilometres of cable, of which over 116 kilometres is 1100 V grade, XLPE-insulated, FRLS-sheathed 1C x 300 sq mm copper conductor cable — the backbone distribution cable for high-density server halls. The balance covers 33 kV (E) grade aluminium XLPE armoured FRLS cable, 1.1 kV aluminium armoured LT power cables and copper control cables, all built to the client’s IEC 61914 cleat and fire-performance specifications.
The order draws directly on the copper wire drawing and copper cable manufacturing line recently commissioned by DICABS, which has a capacity of 1,500 MT of copper cables per month. The line was set up specifically to address high-intensity power applications such as data centres and power plants and marks the Company’s entry into copper-based cables alongside its established aluminium cables and conductors’ business.

We are supplying into this campus through more than one EPC partner, and we intend to be the reference cable supplier for India’s data centre build-out,our Order book for Data Center at Present value exceeds Rs 575 cr – we expect to target this segment aggressively”
