Pace Digitek Secures ₹4,945.4 Million NTPC Order for BESS EPC at Nabinagar Super Thermal Power Station

Pace Digitek Limited has received a significant order worth ₹4,945.4 million (excluding GST) from NTPC Limited for the implementation of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at the Nabinagar Super Thermal Power Station. The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The contract encompasses a comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) package, including ex-works supply, long-term maintenance, and end-to-end project execution services. The scope covers supply of equipment, transportation, insurance, installation, civil and structural works, testing, commissioning, and training for the BESS project.

Additionally, the order includes comprehensive annual maintenance services for the entire design life of the BESS system, extending over 11 years. The execution timeline for supply and associated services has been set at 15 months.

The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity, and the company confirmed that it does not fall under related party transactions. Furthermore, no promoter or group company interest is involved in the awarding entity.

This order strengthens Pace Digitek’s position in the growing energy storage segment, particularly within large-scale thermal power infrastructure transitioning toward integrated energy solutions.
