YASH HV USA INC., a subsidiary of Yash Highvoltage Limited, has entered into a 36-month Representation Agreement with ENSALES Electrical Associates, Inc. to promote and represent its high-voltage bushing products across 19 US states.
YASH HV USA INC., a subsidiary of Yash Highvoltage Limited, has entered into a Representation Agreement with ENSALES ELECTRICAL ASSOCIATES, INC., headquartered in North Carolina, USA, with sales offices across several US states.
The agreement became effective on September 11, 2026, and will remain valid for 36 months, or three years, from the effective date. The development was disclosed by Yash Highvoltage Limited pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Under the agreement, ENSALES Electrical Associates will act as a Sales Representative for the company in the United States. Its responsibilities will include promoting, marketing and representing the company’s products, while also supporting utility homologation and approvals across a territory covering 19 US states.
Products Covered Under the Agreement
The portfolio covered by the representation agreement includes:
- Low Voltage (LV) High Current Bushings rated up to 25,000 Amps.
- Oil-Impregnated Paper (OIP) Condenser Bushings up to 245 kV, including Oil-Air, Oil-Oil and Air-Air configuration types.
- Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP) and Resin Impregnated Synthetic (RIS) Condenser Bushings up to 230 kV, which will be available from 2027 onwards.
- Additional products may be incorporated into the agreement from time to time through mutual written agreement between the parties.
According to the company’s regulatory disclosure, the agreement is valid for 36 months from its date of execution, while other terms and conditions have been identified as proprietary and confidential.
Yash Highvoltage said the agreement is intended to strengthen the promotion, marketing and representation of its products in the US market while supporting utility homologation and approvals across the specified 19-state territory.
