Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited has secured a significant order worth ₹175 crore from Bhanwariya Infra Projects Private Limited for the manufacturing and supply of high-capacity transformers and reactors. The order is aimed at strengthening critical power infrastructure projects and is scheduled for execution with final deliveries on or before March 2028.
According to the company, the contract involves the supply of 4 transformers and 5 reactors, which will be deployed at the 400/220 KV GSS Kumher and 400/220 KV GSS Amber projects. The order reinforces the company’s role in supporting large-scale electrical grid expansion initiatives across the country.
The manufacturing work for the project is already in progress. Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited has confirmed that the entire order will be completed within the stipulated timeline, with all units scheduled for delivery by March 2028.
The company further clarified that this order is an independent business engagement and falls under the normal course of operations. It is not a related party transaction. The contract is expected to enhance the company’s long-term revenue visibility and further strengthen its position as a key supplier in the power infrastructure sector.
