S&S Power Switchgear Limited has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, S&S Power Switchgear Equipment Limited (SSPSE), has received a purchase order from Siemens Energy India Limited for the supply of isolators for the KCC Wagdari Package, Maharashtra Project.
According to the company, the order is valued at more than ₹8 crore and represents another significant win that builds on its successful partnership with Siemens. The execution and delivery schedule for the contract is planned for the next financial year.
The purchase order has been awarded by Siemens Energy India Limited, a domestic entity, for the supply of isolators for the Maharashtra project. The company also confirmed that neither its promoter nor promoter group has any interest in the entity awarding the order. Furthermore, the contract does not constitute a related-party transaction.
