Om Power Transmission Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL) for a turnkey contract worth ₹101.56 crore, including GST, for converting the existing electrical line network into an underground cable network in Ambaji, Gujarat, along with associated activities.
The contract value is ₹101,56,47,911.35, inclusive of GST. The project involves the conversion of the existing electrical distribution network into an underground cabling system and associated work.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity. The project is scheduled to be executed within 12 months following a commencement period of 45 days.
The company also disclosed that the contract does not involve any interest from its promoter, promoter group or group companies in the awarding entity. It further confirmed that the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.
