S&S Power Switchgear Limited has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, S&S Power Switchgear Equipment Limited (SSPSE), has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Sterling & Wilson Pvt Ltd for the supply of 765 kV isolators for the Adani Akola project in Maharashtra. The order is valued at more than INR 1 crore, with delivery scheduled for the next financial year.
The order marks SSPSE’s first breakthrough in securing an order for the supply of 765 kV isolators. According to the company, the contract also builds on its established partnership with Sterling & Wilson.
The contract covers the supply of 765 kV isolators for the Adani Akola bay extension project in Maharashtra. It has been awarded by a domestic entity and is expected to be executed within the next financial year.
S&S Power Switchgear disclosed the order in a communication dated October 8, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company also stated that the promoter group and group companies have no interest in the entity awarding the contract. The order does not fall under related-party transactions, as specified in the disclosure.
