Rajesh Power Services Reports ₹436.62 Crore Revenue in Q1 FY27; Order Book Rises to ₹3,741.79 Crore

Rajesh Power Services Limited (RPSL), a leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company in the power transmission and distribution sector, has reported revenue from operations of ₹436.62 crore for the first quarter of FY 2026-27. The company also reported an unexecuted order book of ₹3,741.79 crore, including L1 orders, as of June 30, 2026.

During the quarter, the company strengthened its project portfolio with major order wins in both transmission and distribution segments. Among the key developments was RPSL’s entry into Odisha through one of its largest transmission-sector contracts, valued at ₹211.68 crore (including taxes), awarded by the Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL). The project involves the construction of a 220 kV underground transmission cable linking the Grid Substation (GSS) at Mendhasal with the Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) at Chandaka B. The scope of work also includes the extension of the Air Insulated Substation (AIS) bay at Mendhasal and the GIS bay at Chandaka B.

RPSL also secured a significant order worth ₹653.12 crore (including taxes) from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL) for underground power distribution infrastructure projects in Gujarat. The contract covers the conversion of existing 11 kV High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) overhead networks into an underground cable network integrated with a Ring Main System. The project additionally includes GIS mapping and asset tagging across the Bhavnagar, Anjar, Junagadh and Porbandar circles.

Further strengthening its financial profile, the company received a positive revision in its credit rating outlook. Its long-term rating was reaffirmed at CRISIL A-, while the outlook was upgraded to Positive from Stable.
