Parth Electricals & Engineering Secures New Orders Worth Approximately ₹122 Crore

Parth Electricals & Engineering Limited has received new domestic and international orders aggregating to approximately ₹122 crore, strengthening its position in the power transmission and distribution sector and expanding its international business.

The company disclosed that it has received two Letter of Intents (LOIs) from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO). The first LOI, valued at ₹10.83 crore, has been received under a Rate Contract. The second LOI, worth ₹106.66 crore, is for establishing a 66 kV underground (UG) cable network in the Jamnagar Circle.

In addition to the domestic orders, Parth Electricals & Engineering has secured an export order from the United States of America valued at US$432,000 for the supply of MV switchgear panels.

The orders are expected to be executed progressively, with work commencing within approximately three months and completion expected within approximately 12 months. Execution will remain subject to the respective contractual terms, approvals and other applicable conditions.

Following the addition of these orders, the company’s total executable order book stood at approximately ₹425 crore as of August 29, 2026. The company said the order book provides revenue visibility for the next 12–15 months.

According to the company, the new orders represent an opportunity to strengthen its presence in the domestic power transmission and distribution sector while further expanding its international business.

The domestic projects are expected to enable the company to leverage its capabilities in electrical infrastructure, specialised services and the supply of critical electrical products. The US export order is also expected to further strengthen the company’s relationship with an existing customer in the country.
