In recent years, we’ve moved beyond just manufacturing products to focusing on complete solutions. The industry today demands not only reliability but also adaptability to changing grid conditions. So, our strategy has been to strengthen engineering, improve delivery mechanisms, and align our offerings with modern power infrastructure needs. 

What role will digitalization play in shaping the company’s roadmap and long-term innovation priorities? 

Digitalization is becoming an important part of the industry, especially in monitoring and maintenance. At EMR, we are adopting it in a practical way — enabling better visibility and reliability for our customers without overcomplicating the core product. 

Which developments or trends in the power and transformer industry do you anticipate will most significantly shape your company’s future? 

The biggest shifts are coming from renewable energy integration and grid modernization. These require equipment that can handle variable loads and ensure consistent performance, which directly influences how we design and improve our products. 

At EL Asia Expo 2026, which products, solutions, or innovative use cases will your company be showcasing to engage new clients and strategic partners?

At the expo, we will be showcasing our Type L OLTC, along with NIFPS and smart breather solutions. Our focus is to highlight how these products improve transformer safety, efficiency, and long-term performance. 

How does the company evaluate the impact of its participation in industry expos like EL Asia, and what objectives or outcomes are you most focused on achieving at this year’s event? 

For us, success is about building the right connections. We look at the quality of discussions, potential collaborations, and how well we understand market expectations through these interactions. 

Which strategic global partnerships or collaborations is the company pursuing to amplify its technological edge and international influence?

We are actively working with transformer manufacturers, EPC players, and technology partners globally. The goal is to strengthen our capabilities while expanding our presence in key markets. 

Over the next decade, what do you anticipate will be the company’s greatest opportunities to drive growth, and what major challenges could impact its success?

The growing demand for power and renewable integration presents a strong opportunity. At the same time, maintaining quality, adapting to new standards, and managing supply chains will be key challenges going forward.
