Rajesh Power Services Limited, has secured a turnkey order worth ₹1,628.74 crore, inclusive of taxes, from Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL). The company announced the order win on November 5, 2026.
With the new order, the company’s aggregate order book has risen to approximately ₹5,400 crore, an expansion of about 35% from ₹4,000 crore prior to this order.
Under the 24-month turnkey project, Rajesh Power will convert existing 11/22kV HT and LT overhead electricity distribution networks into underground cable systems with SCADA-compatible equipment. The work will be carried out across multiple locations under DGVCL’s SI Scheme.
The order follows an earlier award from another Gujarat power utility, MGVCL, valued at ₹471.92 crore. The company described the two awards as back-to-back order wins from Gujarat’s power utilities.
The company reported 46% year-on-year revenue growth in H1 FY27, along with healthy profitability and improving cash generation. It said the enlarged order book and sectoral opportunities in power distribution modernisation mark an important phase of business expansion, with the focus now on disciplined execution, profitable growth and sustainable long-term value for shareholders.
