Viviana Power Tech Limited has secured new turnkey contracts worth ₹466.73 crore, inclusive of taxes, from its existing client, Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL), for power distribution infrastructure works under the SI Scheme – Robust-III.
The contracts, valued at ₹466,73,61,738, cover the conversion of existing 11 kV high-tension (HT) overhead open lines into medium voltage covered conductor (MVCC) overhead lines, along with underground networking across various divisions under MGVCL’s jurisdiction.
According to the company’s disclosure, the execution period for the contracts is 18/16 months from the respective dates of the Letters of Award (LOAs). The work orders were received on October 9, 2026.
Viviana Power Tech stated that the order value had already been considered and disclosed in its investor presentation, along with the company’s L1 position.
The contracts have been awarded by a domestic entity. The company also disclosed that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity and that the contracts do not fall under related-party transactions.
