Happy Square Outsourcing Services Limited, operating under its White Force brand, has received an extension to its existing work order from Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company Limited (MPPTCL) for its Gwalior (Mahalgaon) location. The extended work order is valued at approximately ₹1.35 lakh, inclusive of all applicable taxes, and covers an additional service period of 12 months from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027.
The company disclosed the development through an intimation filed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, dated September 16, 2026. The original work order was awarded to the company in July 2025.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the extended work order is expected to generate revenue of approximately ₹1.35 lakh over the contract period and strengthen its order book.
Details of the Extended Work Order
The work order has been awarded by MPPTCL, a domestic entity, and falls within the ordinary course of business. The services will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the original and extended work orders.
The company confirmed that neither its promoter group nor its group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. The transaction does not fall under related-party transactions, according to the disclosure.
The extension was recorded on September 16, 2026, Happy Square Outsourcing Services Limited stated that the contract is expected to support revenue generation and contribute to strengthening its order book.
