CSE Global Secures US$49.8 Million Contract for Cheyenne Power Hub Project in the USA

CSE Global Limited has announced that it has secured a major contract worth US$49.8 million (approximately S$64.3 million) in the United States of America (“USA”).

The contract relates to the design and manufacture of power distribution centres (“PDCs”), as well as the integration of complex electrical and control systems and equipment, for the Cheyenne Power Hub project in the USA. CSE Global will supply the PDCs to a customer for the project. The PDCs will form a critical part of the power infrastructure, enabling the safe and reliable distribution of power to the adjacent data centre. The contract is expected to be executed progressively between 2026 and 2027.

Commenting on the contract win, Mr Lim Boon Kheng, Group Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer, CSE Global, said, “Securing this major contract reflects CSE Global’s strong integration capabilities across diverse sectors and the confidence our customer has in our proven execution track record. We are grateful for the continued trust placed in us by our customer.

This contract strengthens our Electrification business and demonstrates our capability to deliver critical power infrastructure solutions for large-scale energy and data centre developments. We are pleased to support our customer in the delivery of the Cheyenne Power Hub project by supplying power distribution centres that will form an integral part of the power infrastructure serving the adjacent data centre.

The contract is expected to contribute positively to CSE Global’s financial performance for the financial years ending 31 December 2026 and 2027.”

The contract is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share or earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year. None of the directors or substantial shareholders of CSE Global has any direct or indirect interest in the contract.
