Lumino Industries Secures New Orders Worth ₹496 Crore Since IPO

Lumino Industries Limited, a manufacturer and solution provider in India’s power transmission and distribution sector, has secured new orders worth ₹496 crore since its listing on 3 September 2026. The orders comprise manufacturing contracts worth ₹339 crore for conductors and cables and an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) order worth ₹157 crore for underground cabling.

The manufacturing orders account for 68% of the total order value and cover the company’s range of conductors and cables for customers in the power transmission and distribution (T&D) sector and other industries. The conductor orders include conventional and high-performance conductors, while the cable orders cover high-tension (HT) cables, low-tension (LT) cables and railway signalling cables.

The EPC order, accounting for 32% of the total value, is for underground distribution network upgrades in India.

Commenting on the Orders Secured, Mr. Devendra Goel, Managing Director, Lumino Industries said: “Rising electricity demand, renewable energy integration and network upgrades are driving investment in India’s transmission and distribution infrastructure. The orders won across our manufacturing and EPC segments take our order book to ₹3215 Cr. Our focus remains on high performance products especially HTLS conductors, which meet the growing demand for higher power transfer capacity across power T&D, railways and other industries. These wins reflect customer confidence in our products and execution capabilities. We expect network expansion and modernisation to drive demand for HTLS and other high-performance conductors and cables. Lumino Industries continues to remain focused on manufacturing quality products, timely delivery and participation in opportunities that build on our manufacturing and EPC strengths.”

The company stated that its focus remains on manufacturing quality products, ensuring timely delivery and pursuing opportunities aligned with its manufacturing and EPC capabilities. It also highlighted high-temperature low-sag (HTLS) conductors as a key product area to address the growing demand for higher power transfer capacity across the power T&D sector, railways and other industries.
