Om Power Transmission Limited has received a Letter of Intent from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) for a ₹24.03 crore contract to supply, lay, erect, test and commission a 66 kV underground cable network in Gujarat.
The project involves an approximately 5.17-km-long 66 kV underground cable route and covers the complete scope of supply, laying, erection, testing and commissioning.
The contract, valued at ₹24.03 crore, including GST, has been awarded by a domestic entity. Om Power Transmission is expected to execute the project within 12 months from the date of commencement.
The order further strengthens Om Power Transmission’s project portfolio in the power transmission infrastructure segment, particularly in underground cable systems. The company will undertake the project from supply through commissioning, covering the full execution cycle of the 66 kV underground cable installation.
The Letter of Intent was received from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited, with the contract value specified at ₹24,02,67,567.20, inclusive of GST.
