Lineage Power Private Limited (LPPL), has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with MEGMEET Electrical India Private Limited. Building on a business relationship spanning over five years in telecom power solutions, the strategic cooperation expands the collaboration to support opportunities in AI data center power infrastructure while continuing to strengthen integrated power infrastructure solutions.
Under the agreement, MEGMEET will serve as a strategic supplier of AI data center power systems and related products to LPPL. The collaboration includes technical support, product upgrades, training, and lifecycle after-sales services, with product supply to be undertaken through mutually agreed purchase orders. The cooperation builds on the companies’ existing telecom power relationship while extending collaboration into AI data center power infrastructure.
The partnership builds on LPPL’s established Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing and system integration capabilities by adding AI data center power systems to its portfolio. Together, these capabilities broaden Pace Digitek’s integrated energy infrastructure offering by combining power management, energy storage and system integration expertise for AI data center applications.
The growth of AI computing, hyperscale data centers and digital infrastructure is driving demand for reliable and energyefficient power infrastructure. Pace Digitek is positioned to address these evolving requirements by leveraging its manufacturing, engineering and execution strengths together with MEGMEET’s advanced AI data center power systems.
The collaboration reflects Pace Digitek’s strategy to strengthen its technology and product portfolio through a combination of in-house capabilities and strategic partnerships. It builds on the Company’s existing manufacturing platform, engineering capabilities, project execution expertise and customer relationships.
