Vdeal System Secures ₹62.71 Lakh Order for Power Distribution System Supply

Vdeal System Limited has secured a new order worth ₹62.71 lakh for the supply of a power distribution system, further strengthening its order book and expanding its presence in the power infrastructure segment.

The company informed the National Stock Exchange (NSE) through a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that it has received the order from Pradeep Trading Co. The contract is valued at ₹62,70,577.19, excluding GST.

According to the filing, the scope of the order involves the supply of a power distribution system as specified in the purchase order issued by the client. The project is scheduled to be completed and delivered before July 1, 2026.

Vdeal System stated that the new order reflects its continued business expansion efforts and is expected to contribute to sustained growth while enhancing shareholder value. The company highlighted its commitment to timely project execution and delivery, emphasizing its focus on safeguarding stakeholder interests.

The order has been awarded by a domestic entity, Pradeep Trading Co., and falls within the company’s normal course of business. Vdeal System clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity. The company also confirmed that the contract does not constitute a related-party transaction.

The latest contract win reinforces Vdeal System’s position in the power distribution sector and supports its ongoing efforts to strengthen its market footprint through successful project acquisitions and execution.
