Oriana Power Limited has incorporated BESSCORE STORAGE PRIVATE LIMITED as its step-down subsidiary, according to a company disclosure issued on May 20, 2026. The newly incorporated entity received its Certificate of Incorporation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on May 19, 2026.
BESSCORE STORAGE PRIVATE LIMITED has been incorporated through OPL Bess Services Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oriana Power Limited. The new entity will operate in the power and energy sector with a focus on the generation of power and electric energy.
The company said BESSCORE STORAGE PRIVATE LIMITED has an authorised capital of Rs. 1 lakh, divided into 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The entity is yet to commence business operations and currently has no turnover.
As per the disclosure, the acquisition has been made through cash consideration at par value. OPL Bess Services Private Limited holds 100 per cent shareholding in the newly incorporated company, making it an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Oriana Power Limited.
BESSCORE STORAGE PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated in India on May 19, 2026. The company stated that the new subsidiary’s line of business will include activities related to the generation of power and electric energy.
