Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited has secured an order worth ₹228.26 crore from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) for the supply of transformers and reactors.
According to the company, the order includes the manufacturing and supply of six transformers and two reactors, along with related works. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and is scheduled for execution by August 2028.
The company stated that the total order value stands at ₹228.26 crore. It also clarified that neither the promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract.
Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited said the order falls under the normal course of business and does not qualify as a related party transaction.
The company further highlighted its continued focus on delivering high-quality products and services, while strengthening its position as a leading transformer manufacturer in the country.
