Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has secured a significant international export order valued at USD 16.25 million (approximately ₹150 crore), reinforcing its position in the global transformer manufacturing market.
The order has been awarded by PDC AK LPIV, LLC, an international entity, and involves the manufacturing and supply of five transformers along with associated work. The company confirmed that the project is scheduled for execution with delivery expected by mid-2027.
According to the company’s regulatory filing submitted to both stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the contract falls within the normal course of business. The company highlighted that the order underscores its continued commitment to delivering high-quality transformer solutions and reflects its growing presence in international markets. Over the years, TARIL has strengthened its reputation as a leading transformer manufacturer through consistent performance and reliable project execution.
