Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has announced the incorporation of Aurovault Data Centers Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited, strengthening its presence in the data centre business.
Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited, formerly known as Sunsantional Energy Private Limited, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited. It has subscribed to the Memorandum of Association of Aurovault Data Centers Private Limited, with the incorporation involving cash consideration.
Aurovault Data Centers has been established for activities across the data centre and digital infrastructure sector. Its proposed business includes establishing, developing, designing, financing, constructing, owning, leasing, operating, maintaining, managing and commercialising data centres in India and abroad.
The company’s scope will cover hyperscale data centres, AI-ready data centres, edge data centres, disaster recovery centres, cloud infrastructure facilities, digital infrastructure parks and colocation facilities. It will also provide services including colocation, managed hosting, cloud connectivity, internet exchange, network services, disaster recovery, business continuity, data storage, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence infrastructure, GPU hosting and high-performance computing.
Aurovault Data Centers is a newly incorporated company and therefore has nil turnover. The company is incorporated in India and is yet to commence business operations, making its three-year turnover history not applicable.
