Om Power Transmission Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) for a Rs. 60.48 crore turnkey contract, including GST, for the 220kV Kotda-Sanghani AIS Substation in Gujarat.
Under the contract, Om Power Transmission will undertake the supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 220kV and 66kV equipment and materials, along with associated civil works, on a turnkey basis.
The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and is scheduled to be executed within 18 months from the date of the Letter of Award (LOA).
The total consideration for the order is Rs. 60,48,51,594.19, equivalent to approximately Rs. 60.48 crore, including GST.
The project covers the development-related works for the 220kV Kotda-Sanghani Air Insulated Substation (AIS), including the supply and installation of the specified 220kV and 66kV equipment and materials, testing and commissioning activities, and civil works.
Om Power Transmission said the promoter, promoter group or group companies do not have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. The company also stated that the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
