Bondada Engineering Limited has received the Approval for Energization from the Central Electricity Authority (CEA) in respect of 300 MW grid-connected Solar Power Project at Khavda, Gujarat, this project is being executed by the Company on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis for NLC India Renewables Limited
The approval marks a key milestone in the project’s development and clears the way for the energization of the solar power plant. Once operational, the project will contribute 300 MW of solar power capacity to the national grid, supporting India’s renewable energy expansion objectives.
The milestone also highlights Bondada Engineering’s project execution capabilities in delivering large-scale renewable energy infrastructure projects for leading Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs). The company stated that the approval reflects its continued focus on timely execution and adherence to regulatory requirements in utility-scale renewable energy projects.
