Alfa Transformers Limited has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL) for the supply of different ratings of 11 kV transformers, with the contract valued at approximately ₹7.14 crore, inclusive of GST.
The contract, valued at ₹7.14 crore including GST, has been awarded by MGVCL through a Letter of Award dated June 8, 2026. The order pertains to the supply of different-rated 11 kV transformers for the utility company.
As per the terms of the award, the execution period for the contract is seven months. Supplies will be made in equal monthly lots after a commencement period of 45 days from the receipt of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
Alfa Transformers clarified that the order is a domestic contract. The company further stated that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity.
The company also confirmed that the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions and has been undertaken in the ordinary course of business.
The disclosure was made by Alfa Transformers Limited under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Alfa Transformers informed the stock exchanges that the details have been placed on record in compliance with regulatory requirements.
