ACME Solar Commissions 15 MW/240.752 MWh Battery Energy Storage System Project in Rajasthan

ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ASHL), through its wholly owned subsidiary ACME Suryodaya Private Limited, has commissioned a 15 MW/240.752 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project at Village Sanwara and Mehar Nagar, Tehsil Pokhran, District Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, on August 27, 2026. The Commercial Operation Date (COD) for the project is scheduled for August 29, 2026.

Following the commissioning, ACME Suryodaya Private Limited has achieved a total commissioned capacity of 300 MW/1,354.224 MWh.

The company disclosed the update in a communication to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The disclosure was issued by ACME Solar Holdings Limited on August 27, 2026, and signed by Rajesh Sodhi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
