Lineage Power Private Limited, has received a Letter of Award worth ₹929.25 million (₹92.93 crore), including GST, from Kalpa Power Private Limited (KPPL) for the supply and commissioning support of a 100 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
The company disclosed the development pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and covers the supply and commissioning support of a 100 MWh BESS. The project is scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2026.
The total consideration for the order is ₹929.25 million, including GST. The company has also stated that neither the promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in Kalpa Power Private Limited nor does the order fall under related-party transactions.
The order further strengthens Pace Digitek’s presence in the growing battery energy storage segment, with the project focused on the deployment and commissioning support of a 100 MWh energy storage system.
