Noida-based power equipment and engineering solutions provider SUGS Lloyd Limited has received a Purchase Order / Release Order against an Annual Rate Contract from Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL) for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 kV Automatic Circuit Reclosers and Sectionalizers, with a total order value of ₹1,51,07,419.88, inclusive of GST.
The order covers the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of 11 kV Automatic Circuit Reclosers featuring programmable protection, communication and control units. It also includes 11 kV outdoor pole-mounted, automatic load-break type Sectionalizers equipped with microprocessor-based control units and SCADA compatibility.
According to the purchase order, the delivery schedule is October 30, 2026, while the project completion period is 120 days from the date of issuance of the Letter of Intent (LOI) / Order, with firm completion dates as specified in the LOI / Order.
The order has been awarded by Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL), a domestic entity. The total consideration for the order stands at ₹1,51,07,419.88 (Rupees One Crore Fifty-One Lakh Seven Thousand Four Hundred Nineteen and Eighty-Eight Paise Only), inclusive of GST.
The company was informed of the purchase order through an email received on August 11, 2026, at 3:11 P.M.
The order will strengthen SUGS Lloyd’s involvement in the supply and deployment of 11 kV distribution network equipment for NPCL, covering advanced protection, communication, control and sectionalising capabilities.
