Rajesh Power Services Limited has secured a turnkey contract worth ₹40.58 crore, including taxes, from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL) for strengthening power distribution infrastructure under the System Improvement (SI) Scheme in Gujarat.

The contract involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11 kV Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) systems along with associated accessories and allied equipment across 11 kV feeders under PGVCL’s Jamnagar Circle. The project is aimed at enhancing the reliability and efficiency of the power distribution network in the region.

According to the company, the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and will be executed on a turnkey basis. The scope covers end-to-end implementation of the MVCC infrastructure, including supply, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

The project is scheduled to be completed within a period of 12 months. The total order value stands at ₹40.58 crore, inclusive of applicable taxes.

Rajesh Power Services stated that the order was received in the normal course of business. The company also confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding authority, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.
