Winsol Engineers Limited has secured new orders worth ₹60.81 crore (excluding GST) from ACME Solar Holdings Limited for the supply and execution of a 220kV single-circuit transmission line project in Gujarat.
According to the disclosure made under Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, the orders include one work order valued at approximately ₹28.79 crore and one purchase order worth around ₹32.01 crore, taking the total contract value to ₹60.81 crore.
The contracts were awarded by ACME Solar Holdings Limited for a project related to ACME Solar Energy Private Limited. The scope of work involves the turnkey supply and execution of a 220kV single-circuit transmission line in Gujarat. The orders are dated March 2, 2026, and were received by Winsol Engineers via email on March 11, 2026.
The company stated that the new orders are expected to strengthen its order book, expand its customer portfolio, and contribute positively to its future business growth.
