GEON launches GELITHIUM all-in-one inverter with built-in lithium battery for home and business power backup

GEON has expanded its power backup portfolio with the launch of GELITHIUM, an all-in-one inverter system featuring an integrated lithium battery. The new solution is designed to provide reliable, space-saving and low-maintenance backup power for homes, offices, clinics, retail outlets and small commercial establishments.

Unlike conventional inverter systems that require separate batteries and complex wiring, GELITHIUM combines a pure sinewave inverter and a lithium-ion battery in a single compact enclosure. This integrated design reduces installation time, eliminates external cabling and frees up valuable indoor space, making it suitable for modern residential and commercial environments.

The GELITHIUM range is available in 1,250 VA and 2,500 VA capacities and uses lithium-iron-phosphate battery technology supported by an intelligent battery management system. The system offers enhanced safety features, faster charging, higher usable energy and a significantly longer lifecycle compared to traditional lead-acid battery setups.

With rising demand for efficient and dependable backup solutions amid frequent power fluctuations, the new inverter is positioned as a long-term alternative for users seeking consistent performance with minimal upkeep. Its sealed, maintenance-free construction and stable output make it suitable for sensitive electronic equipment as well as everyday appliances.

According to the company, the launch reflects a broader shift in the power backup market towards compact, energy-efficient and durable solutions that deliver better lifecycle value rather than focusing solely on initial cost. GELITHIUM is expected to strengthen GEON’s presence in India’s residential and light commercial power backup segment as lithium-based systems gain wider acceptance.
