Zenergize, a power-electronics product company designing and manufacturing solutions in India for the solar and clean-energy sector, has announced a strategic technology partnership with Infineon Technologies to integrate advanced power semiconductor components across its product portfolio. The collaboration aims to enhance the performance, efficiency, and reliability of power-electronics systems used in solar and distributed energy applications.
Under the partnership, Zenergize will incorporate Infineon’s Silicon Carbide (SiC) power semiconductor devices into its products while receiving technical and application-level support to optimize system design. The integration is expected to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and overall lifespan of Zenergize’s power-electronics systems.
The partnership comes at a time when India’s renewable-energy sector is expanding rapidly, supported by initiatives such as PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and the growing adoption of distributed solar and energy-storage solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. As deployment scales, the demand for high-performance power-electronics hardware designed to operate under India’s grid and climatic conditions has become increasingly important.
Infineon’s Silicon Carbide semiconductor technology is widely used in high-efficiency power systems. SiC devices offer advantages such as higher efficiency, reduced power losses, and more compact system designs, making them suitable for next-generation solar inverters, energy-storage systems, and grid-connected power equipment. By integrating this technology, Zenergize aims to deliver power-electronics solutions capable of operating reliably in demanding environments that include high temperatures, voltage fluctuations, and space-constrained installations.
Through close collaboration with Infineon, Zenergize also aims to strengthen domestic capabilities in power-electronics manufacturing. The partnership supports the company’s goal of reducing reliance on imported system-level technologies while aligning its products with global performance standards. Infineon will supply advanced semiconductor components and provide technical guidance to support system-level optimization, enabling faster development cycles and improved time-to-market for Zenergize’s solutions.
Veer Karan Goyal, Founder and CTO of Zenergize, said the partnership provides access to globally proven semiconductor technology and deep technical expertise while allowing the company to continue designing and manufacturing products in India for local operating conditions. He also noted that operational data across Zenergize platforms will remain securely hosted within India to ensure data sovereignty and regulatory compliance.

He noted that Infineon’s expertise across semiconductor materials such as silicon, silicon carbide, and gallium nitride enables the delivery of complete system solutions that help partners develop more efficient, compact, and reliable power-electronics products.
Through the collaboration, Zenergize aims to strengthen its role as a domestic power-electronics manufacturer supporting India’s renewable-energy growth while laying the foundation for future expansion into global markets.
