Spectrum Electrical Industries Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in Alric Electric Private Limited, strengthening its strategic expansion in the electrical manufacturing sector.
According to an official regulatory filing, the company acquired 10,000 equity shares, representing the entire equity share capital of Alric Electric Private Limited. The acquisition was completed for a total consideration of ₹1.11 crore through the execution of Securities Transfer Forms in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
The transaction marks the formal completion of the acquisition process that was earlier approved by the board during its meeting held on February 4, 2026. With the completion of this deal, Alric Electric Private Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Spectrum Electrical Industries Limited.
The company confirmed that the acquisition was executed by purchasing the shares from the existing shareholders of the target company, resulting in Spectrum Electrical Industries gaining full ownership and control.
