The company announced on February 13, 2026, that the CCI clearance grants regulatory consent for the planned divestiture of its specialized motor division. The transaction specifically relates to the transfer of the Low Voltage Motors and Geared Motors business to Innomotics India Private Limited, with the formal intimation of approval received by Innomotics India on February 12, 2026.
The disclosure also refers to Siemens Limited’s earlier communication dated December 8, 2025, which outlined the intent to proceed with the sale. While the principal regulatory approval has now been secured, the Proposed Transaction has not yet been consummated.
