Sharika Enterprises Limited has secured an additional purchase order worth Rs. 64,47,840 from LS Cable India Private Limited for the supply of 48F OPGW (Optical Ground Wire) cables. The domestic order is scheduled for completion by March 15, 2026, and does not involve any related party transactions or promoter interests.

The latest contract strengthens the company’s order book with the same client and highlights ongoing business momentum in the power transmission sector. The supply of specialized optical ground wire cables further reinforces the company’s role in supporting power infrastructure and smart grid development.

According to the order details, the client is LS Cable India Private Limited, and the product involved is 48F OPGW cable with an order value of Rs. 64,47,840. The contract is categorized as a domestic purchase order and is expected to be completed within approximately three weeks, with the final delivery deadline set for March 15, 2026.

The company announced this development on February 21, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the listing regulations issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The disclosure also follows the guidelines outlined in the SEBI circular dated July 13, 2023, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements for listed companies.
