Sharika Enterprises Limited has received a purchase order worth ₹9,46,80,856 from Larsen & Toubro Limited for the supply of communicable Fault Passage Indicators (FPIs) for the RDSS Varanasi SCADA project under Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (PuVVNL).
The order has been awarded by Larsen & Toubro Limited as part of the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) project in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The scope of work includes the supply of communicable FPIs for the RDSS Varanasi SCADA PuVVNL Project being executed for Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited (PuVVNL).
According to the disclosure made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the total value of the contract is ₹9.46 crore, and the execution of the order is scheduled to be completed by 31 December 2026.
The company clarified that the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related-party transactions. It also confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity.
