Sharika Enterprises Limited has secured a domestic purchase order worth ₹5.43 crore from LS Cable India Private Limited for the supply of 48F Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) cable and optical units, marking a key business development for the power transmission solutions company.
The order, valued at ₹5,43,05,702, was disclosed through a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. As per the disclosure, the contract is scheduled to be executed and completed by January 15, 2026.
Under the agreement, Sharika Enterprises will supply specialised 48F OPGW cables along with optical units, which are critical components used in power transmission networks for integrated grounding and high-speed communication. The transaction has been classified as a standard commercial domestic purchase order.
The company clarified that the contract does not involve any related party transactions. It further confirmed that none of its promoters, promoter group entities, or group companies have any interest in LS Cable India Private Limited, ensuring that the agreement has been entered into on an arm’s length basis and in line with corporate governance norms.
The disclosure was made in accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, which outlines the framework for reporting material events and contracts.
The regulatory filing was signed by Pushpa Yadav, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Sharika Enterprises Limited, and was submitted to BSE Limited on January 9, 2026, reflecting the company’s adherence to timely disclosure and regulatory compliance.
