Salasar Techno Engineering Ltd (STEL) has secured a major contract worth ₹232 crore for the development of a high-voltage transmission line project in Uttar Pradesh, marking another significant addition to its expanding power infrastructure portfolio, according to industry filings and company disclosures.
The project involves the design, procurement, and construction of transmission line infrastructure, which will help strengthen the power grid in key regions of Uttar Pradesh and support the state’s growing electricity demand. The scope of work typically includes tower erection, stringing of conductors, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure reliable power transfer.
