RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. has secured a ₹115.20 crore contract from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. for providing long-term services. The company received a Letter of Intent (LoI) for the project and informed the stock exchanges about the development.
The contract, valued at ₹115.20 crore including taxes, involves the provision of services over a long-term period, with the project scheduled to run until September 10, 2034.
The order further strengthens RailTel’s presence in the telecom and digital infrastructure segment, particularly in supporting large-scale power transmission infrastructure.
The project also highlights the growing collaboration between major public sector enterprises in building and supporting critical infrastructure networks across the country.
