Power Mech Projects Limited has secured major domestic orders aggregating to over ₹1,000 Crore (excluding GST) from subsidiaries of Adani Power Limited, marking a significant addition to its order book. The contracts involve critical onsite services for erection, testing, commissioning, and manpower assistance for Performance Guarantee Tests across two ultra supercritical thermal power projects. Both awards carry an execution timeline of thirty-six (36) months from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
According to the company’s official disclosure dated February 18, 2026, the combined value of the two contracts stands at approximately ₹1,005 Crore, excluding applicable taxes and cess. The projects covered under these awards are the 2×800 MW Mirzapur Phase-I Project and the 2×800 MW Mahan Phase-III Project.
The first order has been awarded by Mirzapur Thermal Energy (UP) Private Limited. The scope includes services for the Steam Generator (SG) (Package A) and Steam Turbine Generator (STG) (Package B) for Units 1 and 2. The contract is valued at ₹515 Crore (excluding GST) and is scheduled for completion within thirty-six (36) months from the erection start date as notified through the NTP.
The second order has been awarded by Mahan Energen Limited. Similar in scope, the contract covers SG (Package A) and STG (Package B) services for Units 1 and 2 of the Mahan Phase-III Project. This contract carries a value of ₹490 Crore (excluding GST), with execution also defined within thirty-six (36) months from the erection start date communicated via NTP.
Both contracts are classified as domestic entity awards. Power Mech Projects Limited confirmed that neither order qualifies as a related party transaction, underscoring compliance with established corporate governance norms.
