Marine Electricals (India) Limited has secured new orders worth ₹27.49 crore (excluding taxes) for the supply of power distribution systems, reinforcing its position in the electrical infrastructure segment.
The company has received an order from CG Semi Private Limited for the supply of a power distribution system. The execution and delivery of the project are scheduled over a period of three to four months.
In addition, the company has secured another order from Oberoi Realty Limited for the supply of a power distribution system, with delivery also planned within three to four months.
Marine Electricals clarified that none of its promoters or promoter group entities have any interest in the above-mentioned contracts. The orders do not fall under related party transactions and have been disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as part of the company’s commitment to strong corporate governance standards.
