Diamond Power Infrastructure Receives ₹93.08 Crore Letter of Intent from KPI Green Energy

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has announced the receipt of a Letter of Intent (LoI) from KPI Green Energy Limited for the supply of power cables. The order, valued at ₹93,08,17,689 (inclusive of GST), marks a significant business development for the company.

The contract has been awarded by KPI Green Energy Limited in its capacity as an EPC contractor. The purchase order is structured on a “kilometre rate basis with a PV formulae,” indicating that pricing will be determined according to agreed rate mechanisms and price variation provisions.

The order is classified as a domestic contract and is scheduled for execution by June 30, 2026.

In its regulatory disclosure, Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited confirmed that none of its promoters, promoter group entities, or group companies hold any interest in KPI Green Energy Limited. The company further clarified that the contract does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.

The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the applicable SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024.

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited communicated the development to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
