Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited has announced the launch of its new Energion EA4150 AC Stabilizer (150–280V) for the domestic market, according to a regulatory disclosure submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company confirmed that the product was officially launched on Friday, and falls under the B2C lighting category, targeting residential consumers. The stabilizer has been introduced exclusively for the domestic market, with no international rollout planned at this stage.
The company stated that the disclosure has been made as part of its commitment to good corporate governance practices. It further clarified that the product launch does not trigger the threshold of materiality but is being voluntarily disclosed.
The communication, signed by Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Rashmi Khandelwal, requested the exchanges to take the information on record, reaffirming the company’s adherence to regulatory transparency norms.
The introduction of the Energion EA4150 AC Stabilizer expands Crompton’s consumer electricals portfolio, particularly in voltage protection solutions designed for residential applications.
