Atlanta Electricals Limited (NSE, BSE: ATLANTAELE), one of India’s leading transformer manufacturers, has announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for Q3 and nine months ending 31st December 2025, reporting robust growth across revenue, profitability, and order inflows.
The company’s Q3 FY26 revenue from operations surged 79.7% year-on-year to Rs. 472 crore, while nine-month revenue reached Rs. 1,104 crore, up 32.6% YoY. EBITDA for the quarter more than doubled to Rs. 91 crore, a 119.6% increase YoY, with margins expanding 352 basis points to 19.4%. For the nine months, EBITDA stood at Rs. 195 crore, up 56% YoY, with margins at 17.7%. Profit after tax (PAT) for Q3FY26 jumped 94.6% to Rs. 43 crore, while nine-month PAT grew 34.6% to Rs. 100 crore.
The company’s consolidated order book reached a record Rs. 2,451 crore as of December 2025, providing strong execution visibility. Q3FY26 order intake totaled Rs. 796 crore. Notable orders during the quarter include a Rs. 298 crore contract from GETCO for 25 high-capacity transformers, including 21 units of 220/66 kV 160 MVA, 3 units of 66/11.55 kV 20 MVA, and 1 unit of 220/132 kV 150 MVA auto transformer. Atlanta Electricals also received a Rs. 134 crore order from Adani Green Energy Ltd. for the supply of inverter duty transformers.
Operationally, the Vadod facility contributed approximately one-third of Q3 revenue, and the Atlanta Trafo plant commenced operations during the quarter. The company now operates seven NABL-accredited testing laboratories, up from four in Q2FY26, enhancing its high-voltage testing capability.

Atlanta Electricals Limited manufactures and supplies a wide range of power transformers starting from 5 MVA (megavolt-ampere)/11 kV (kilovolt) up to 500 MVA/765 kV, as well as auto transformers, inverter duty transformers, furnace transformers, generator transformers, and special duty transformers in India, at its five facilities in Gujarat and Karnataka.
