Advait Energy Transitions Secures L1 Bid for DGVCL Turnkey MVCC Project

Advait Energy Transitions Limited has emerged as the L1 (lowest) bidder for a turnkey contract under a key rural electrification initiative in Gujarat, marking a significant project win in the medium-voltage distribution segment.

The company received confirmation on Thursday, for being the successful L1 bidder for a turnkey project awarded by Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL). The contract involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11kV 55 sq. mm AAAC Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC), along with associated accessories and additional poles where required.

The project falls under the Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana-2 (VKY-2) scheme or other related schemes, aimed at strengthening power infrastructure in designated regions. As part of the scope, DGVCL will provide PSC/RSJ poles, while Advait Energy Transitions will handle the execution and integration of the MVCC system and its accessories.

This development reinforces the company’s growing presence in the power distribution and turnkey EPC space, particularly in government-backed electrification programs.

Further details regarding the project are expected to be disclosed following the issuance of the formal Letter of Intent or Award.
