Adani Total Gas Reappoints Suresh P Manglani as Executive Director

Adani Total Gas Limited has reappointed Suresh P. Manglani as Whole-time Director designated as Executive Director for a further term of one year, effective February 9, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The decision was taken by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.

The reappointment was approved at the Board meeting held on February 7, 2026. As part of the regulatory disclosure, the company also confirmed that Manglani is not debarred from holding the office of director by any order of the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other authority.

Manglani brings over three decades of experience in the oil and gas sector, with extensive exposure to midstream and downstream city gas distribution (CGD) businesses. He has been associated with Adani Total Gas since September 2018, when he joined as Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining the company, Manglani spent around 17 years with British Gas and BP Plc joint ventures in India, followed by stints at GAIL and Mahanagar Gas Limited. He also served Reliance Industries Limited for more than a decade, holding senior leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer for refinery and marketing divisions.

The company said the reappointment is aimed at leveraging Manglani’s deep expertise in managing CGD operations, the gas business value chain, and profit and loss responsibilities. He is also known for driving digitalisation, process transformation, and operational excellence, which remain key focus areas for Adani Total Gas’ continued growth.
