Q. Could you explain us about business development to a wide range of areas ? What hurdles have you faced during business expansions ?

KUSAM MECO was established in the years 1983 for marketing Test and Measuring Instruments in India. The Company started with five Products and now has more than 400 products in their range. The Company have always emphasized on introducing high quality products and has a reputation  as one of the best quality product available in India. Today the company have over 400 products in their range covering almost every possible instruments requirements for the industry. The journey to the top has had many hurdles. The customers had to be educated to accept the high quality products as compared to cheap products sold by the competitors.

Q. How KUSAM MECO live upto the expectation of customer expectation ? How you became successful when it comes to the market demand ?

At KUSAM MECO we study the customers’ requirements in details and offer to them products which meets their requirements so that we can satisfy their needs.

Q. How do you envision growth for your company for the next 10-years ?

Considering the overall industrial development in the country as per the Government of India plans we expect a growth of at least 10% year on year. This will also require Test instruments accordingly. Moreover the instrument which have been installed at various plants will also need to be replaced which will also create demand for our instrument.

Q. Which new product are you working on ?

At presently we are working on 2-new products Partial Discharge equipment and Acoustic Imaging Camera which is used in Utility companies.

Q. Which new model have you launched in Digital Multimeters ? What are the key features of the new model ?

We have recently launched 2-new models of Digital Multi Meters KM-2257 &  KM-2807 CSE. These Multi Meters have Transient protection 6 KV & 8 KV respectively. They have VFD AC voltage functions for checking VFD Drives. Both  Models confirm to UL specification ensure highest quality instruments available in India.

Q. What are the key features of Non-Contact Laser Beam Tachometer KM-2234BLr ?

KUSAM MECO has a wide range of Laser Beam Tachometer and also Contact type Tachometers. These Tachometers can measure rotational speed upto 99999 RPM . The Test range is Auto ranging. The detecting distance from 50-500 MM . It has memory function to store last value, maximum value, minimum value. All related accessories are supplied complete with the instruments. A new version with OLED Screen will be launched shortly.
