Ambionics operates in mainly four verticals Manufacturing , Designand Developments , Distribution and Solar EPC
We Manufacture Power Electronic equipments Such as Battery Chargers , DC DC Converters Frequency Converters High Power Rectifiers and High Voltage High Current DC Power Sources Constant Current / Frequency / Voltage Sources
Control Panels for Distribution Such as MCC PCC Panels Our Specialisation is for Genset Panels and APFC systems
Special Purpose Assembly Machines for any type of routine manufacturing such as Diesel Engine Manufacturing small component assembly Conveyors etc.
Automation related to any process equipment, processes etc
We supply zero Change Over time ATS systems for the Data Centre, Hospitals critical process Power Sources etc.
Design and Development We undertake electrical Transformer and Rotating Machine Modeling and Design support activities.
We have Ansys Maxwell which helps the electrical modeling and design support to the Power Electronic systems .
We can simulate the magnetic fields hot spots current distributions and suggest the improvements.
This helps transformer / machines manufacturers reduce their development time drastically
We are distributors for varies electrical products .
We undertake EPC projects in Solar PV and small Wind Solar Hybrid Systems.
Our vision is to grow each vertical to such a great height that each of the vertical needs to be converted as a separate company .
2. Can you elaborate on the range of products and services offered by your company, highlighting their unique features and benefits?
Surely , as I have explained earlier we have many products to offers which helps the customers solve their prime issues.
Our main aim or the very purpose of the business is the resolution of our customer’s issues . We do not sale any products but we give solutions to their needs and problems .
Over the years our customers have realized that when they have something which is unresolved by others they look up at us to get the solution .
Our USP is whatever is the problem however it appears unresolved when we are there the customers are assured that they have arrived at the right place .

3.How does Ambionics ensure the quality and reliability of its products and services, and what measures are in place to meet customer expectations?
Our tag line is itself talks about reliability our focus at the quality never fades away .
Our sole purpose of the business is to have the prime quality at whatever it may cost to us we deliver under many odd cases but never loose the importance of quality and reliability .
This may cost us some money but never costs us the customer .
Our customer once attached to us it’s like FEVICOL bond which never brakes .
WE have all systems in place for quality such as ISO , QS ,CE certification
WE are ISO 14001 – 2015 , ISO 45001-2015 and we are ROHS & CE compliant
It’s not just quality but the environment and the health of all employees is at most important
4.What strategies does Ambionics India Private Limited employ to build and maintain strong customer relationships and how does the company gather and incorporate customer feedback into its operations?
Earlier we were not giving much importance , you may call it an arrogance , to the feedback from the customers and thought what ever we were doing will be always best .
Over a period of time we realized that we need to talk to our customers formally and let them give us their view point not necessarily regarding the product but over what they feel are experience when they are dealing with AMBIONICS
In the recent past we have started having formal get together with our set of customers and have started giving them a good ear .
We realized that this created stronger bond amongst us beside they gave many valuable suggestions for mutual improvements .
We have initiated CRM and ERP activities.
We are involved in Kaizen as well as 5S activities as a regular feature in our company .
This not only improved our quality but overall atmosphere and morale of the employees.
5.How has the market response been to Ambionics recent service launches, and also Can you elaborate on any strategic partnerships or collaborations that your company has formed to strengthen its service portfolio and expand its market reach?
Earlier we were focusing only on mouth to mouth publicity for getting the enquiries and business .
We realized during lockdown that the era of waiting for the customer and serving to theonly one who have landed at our door will not work if we want to grow .
Now we have our little presence in the digital world and working on the advertisements on social media platforms such as Linked in face book etc.
We have strted writing the blogs on a regular basis. Giving interviews to the reach the prospective customers is also a part of our media and digital presence .

I think I have elaborated our efforts and the direction in which we want to grow both the customer satisfaction .
We have stopped a long back in transactional business where the customer is just a customer who is given a service or a product in turn he pays us our due payment and that’s all .
We are taking efforts in building the trust and long term relationships which goes beyond money and help each to grow mutually .
We do not just supply but built the trust and see to it that every time the customers visits us or we meet them we have something added to our relationship .
