Tests can also be viewed in various metrics such as Pass/Fail.Digital test data enables data analytics and visualization which offers multiple statistical advantages. It improves productivity & efficiency, enables cost reduction, and improves asset life. Data analysis done through MOT-WAREincludes trend analysis, MIS reports, and pivot tables. As an add-on, MOT-WARE also offers ‘Motwane AI Analytics which uses a proprietary AI algorithm and Machine Learning to make accurate predictionsabout your asset’s life based on its behavioral patterns and operating conditions. How the company is expanding itself to cater the T&M industry? Please tell us about your recent acquisition Telemetrics and how it will help the company in strengthening its T&M portfolio?

Motwane is expanding through organic and in organic growth. Organically, we have designed & developed various products/solutions from our state of the art R&D in diversified categories which includes solutions fortesting of lightning arrester, circuit breaker, transformer oil, real time monitoring of transformers, motors etc. Our solutions also includes energy conservation solutions like dimmable street lighting solutions, on line chiller monitoring,energy management solutions etc.Motwane’s strategic acquisition of Telemetrics, an established market leader in highly specialised underground cable fault locating equipment has expanded our reach to smart test & measurement solutions for our clients,and thus strengthens our portfolio in India and abroad. Telemetrics is a very well-run company and a trusted brand. What is the footprint of the company in global market? How you are increasing reach in global markets?

Motwane has taken few key objectives for its global expansion including internationalize the Company, leverage technology, expand and upgrade the brand, up-skill employees etc. In order to accomplish these objectives,we have started our offices at Sharjah UAE to address GCC and MENA region markets and also appointed country managers for GCC, Egypt, Kenya, South East Asia, East Africa, Europe and Latin. In addition, we have enhanced our international marketing team and also participating in all key international exhibition including the Middle East Expo in March-2022.  We have also upgraded all our product/solutions to comply the Certifications type test of addressed international markets.  We have supplied our products/solutions in more than 50 + international utilities/projects and our product range is approved by all key International Utilities,Oil & Gas and other customers.Constant R&D is one of the driving fundamentals at the company. Our diverse global presence empowers Motwane to build scale efficiency, and through our variety of project sizes, teams, and locations, we are able toleverage the world for new knowledge and expertise and incorporating it in our R&D facilities.
